Eric is a senior delivery leader with 15+ years of enterprise delivery experience across digital programs, payments infrastructure, data migrations, and cross-functional cutover. He has owned programs up to $30M and delivered payment-security programs spanning 8,000+ POS registers across 130 countries.
His delivery style leans toward stakeholder fluency and risk visibility — now amplified by AI-driven risk and drift intelligence — keeping executive sponsors and engineering teams aligned through complex, multi-vendor programs where one missed dependency derails a quarter. Recent work has covered payment processor launches, BOPIS rollouts, data warehouse migrations, and CRM implementations at retail brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, UPPAbaby, Eddie Bauer, and Bath & Body Works.
Eric leads engagements end-to-end across Tango's full menu — from portfolio diagnostics and scoping work through embedded delivery, in-flight rescues, and full go-live ownership. When programs need additional resourcing, we build and manage the right team for the work.
